Yippie, festival season starts! Are you still searching for the perfect festival styling? I’ve got five tips and a special look for you!

Summer is here and festival season finally starts! I’m a total festival lover – it’s just like a little holiday in between, don’t you think so too?

When it comes to styling festivals are such a fun way to express your style! Together with Orsay and Kira (you can read her blogpost here!) I thought about the perfect festival styling – here are my top 5 styling tips for the upcoming festivals!

  1. Wearing shirt or leather jacket around the waist

We all know it: During the day it’s pretty hot at the summer-festival, at night it can get quite chilly. Therefore why not wearing a long-sleeve shirt or leather jacket around the waist as a styling tool plus having a jacket for the night?

  1. Don’t forget your sunglasses

This styling tip is a reminder for myself, since I always forget my sunnies when out & about. They’re not only protecting your eyes from the sun, but also make you look good after partying for days! An absolute must for every summer festival :)

  1. Integrate accessories with feathers into your simple looks

Often we choose simple outfits for festivals being the most comfy option. Why not wearing some statement feather accessories to go with it? You can also find plenty of DIY-projects on Youtube!

  1. Bold lipstick

Crazy makeup styles? We don’t have time for that at the festival! Therefore a bold lipcolor is the perfect option for making yourself look fresh in a second. Red, pink or even glitter – everything is possible!

  1. Long and airy clothing

Long and airy clothing such as my Orsay dress from today’s look is just the best: It protects your skin from the direct sun + you don’t feel too hot during the day and not cold at night!

Today’s look is from the limited summer remix collection from Orsay – I’m in love with this maxi-dress in combination with the cognac colored biker jacket! So far I wasn’t into maxi dresses that much – but this version is so so beautiful I could not resist! Not only the perfect festival outfit, but also for a dinner night out during summer :)

Do you have some more styling tips for the upcoming festivals? Let me know in the comments! x
